1 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour (note, you might need to add as much as 5 cups to firm up the cookies)
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg. white chocolate chips
1 pkg. Hershey SKOR chips (English Toffee chips)
Equipment:
- Big bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Cookie sheet lined with foil
- Heat oven to 350F.
- In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
- Add flour, baking soda and salt; mix well.
- Stir in white chocolate chips and SKOR chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes or until light golden color.
